Resolution Center

1) Defect or wrong Item

If you found your item have any defect or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.

Please send us picture to our email: et.corp.ebay@gmail.com , then our customer representative would contact you as soon as we could.

2) Parcel is unclaimed and being returned

i)  If the parcel is returned by post office due to unclaimed, you would receive a mail from us. You could either ~

a) Have an item price refunded  OR

b) Have an item resent at your cost.

ii) If the parcel is returned by post office due to our mistake, we would be responsible for sending it back to you.

3) Return Policy

* Exchange within 5 day once received the parcel, buyer pays return shipping

* Items return to us must in good and new condition

* Not Applicable to Box Set or item defect caused by artifical or misuse

* Exchange item must of same value, same catagories
